The Birds Nest is a 2nd story loft guest house. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it has a private entrance on the back facing cul de sac and its own yard/patio completely private from the rest of the property’s outdoor space. The Private coded entry will take you up 1 flight of stairs (please see pics if you need to know how many stairs) to the main living area.
The Birdsnest has:
* 2 small bedrooms each furnished with a Queen Bed.
* Living Room with couch, chair, Smart TV (with Prime, Disney+ and Access to your own apps), Electric Fireplace, Small dining area and well stocked books and games shelf.
* Small but well stocked kitchen that features: full sized fridge, stove/oven, kettle, coffee maker & reverse osmosis water faucet.
* The outside space features a small shaded patio with sitting space, Adirondack chairs to lounge, and a propane grill.
* We also have beach towels, a picnic blanket, picnic cooler/basket and beach chairs (2) for use while you’re in town for concerts in the park, the water park or beach.
* House is located approx 1.5 miles from Downtown Paso, with all its amazing dining and shopping options. Less than 1 mile in the other direction the start of Paso’s world class east side wineries, Vina Robles Amphitheater, Sensario Light Display, Hunter Ranch Golf course, the Ravine Water park and River Oaks Hot springs Spa. Approximately 5 min from the Paso Robles Horse Park ( across Hwy 46) and 10 minutes to Twin Rivers Horse Park (just take Union to River road)
*For those with electric vehicles, a Tesla charging station is located just ¼ mile from our home, across the highway in the Lowes Plaza. Enterprise rent-a-car is just a block over (and very easy walk) from the house as well if a rental is needed.
*Paso Robles Open Space is located just a block from the Birdsnest with miles of beautiful biking/walking trails through the oaks and seasonal ponds.
