Come and enjoy the relaxing feel in this classic home located in the heart of Springfield. Newly updated, but still retaining it’s early mid century charm.
The space
Our house features an inviting front porch, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, a spacious living area with a smart TV, formal dining room, and a sunroom/game room which includes a foosball table and second smart TV, with comfortable beds and furnishings throughout. There is also laundry room in the basement with a washer and dryer and a fenced back yard.
Note: the sunroom has one heating and air conditioner vent into the room but it does not have a cold air return and the windows are only storm windows. This means that on the hotter and colder days of the year the temperature in this room might not be quite as comfortable, although there is a ceiling fan and an extra heater in the winter.

Summary: Check in and out was easy. The host was very accommodating and friendly. The street lost power while we were there. We called her and she gave us several options. She called utility department for us. We chose to stay at the house and wait. Power was only out for about 40 minutes. Nice house and fenced in yard worked great for our dog.
