Designed around comfort and style, this is the perfect space for relaxing after a day exploring Santa Cruz. There are some amazing restaurants nearby and the kitchen is also equipped for a home cooked meal.

The Space:
This space is open concept with a living space seamlessly leading to the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Note, there is not a bedroom door (the kitchen area leads directly into the bedroom space).

The apartment is located below a main home where the owners reside. There is another apartment on the lower level as well.

The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.

Guest Access:
This apartment is on a property shared with the owners (living upstairs) and another apartment that shares a wall. Noise can be heard from above from time to time. If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the best location for you. Please inquire further before booking if you have any questions. You will also share the parking area and outside space with these other parties.
