Three bedrooms, all with private heating and cooling mini- split units to cater to individual temperature preferences. Full bathroom with shower/bathtub combo and modern flair. Laundry room with full-sized front load washer and dryer. Large corner lot with multiple seating areas for outdoor dining and relaxation. Plenty of off-street parking available along with amble open street parking.
