Great for duck football games at Autzen, track events at Hayward, Eugene marathon, shows and games at Matt Knight arena, UofO events, including graduation. Summers are beautiful! On dead end street with lots of parking. Short drive, moderate walk, quick bike, or jog to UO’s campus, Autzen Stadium, Hayward Field, Matt Knight Arena, Hult Center, downtown Eugene or Springfield. So close to everything! Full kitchen with island and seating plus large dining table that seats 8+. Includes instant pot, air fryer lid, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, fridge (empty and clean), rice maker and freezer. Pots, pans, dishes and silverware. K-cup coffee maker. Formal dinning room next to living room with lots of seating, recliners, coffee table. Includes large, HD TVs, main is 65 inch LED smart fire TV. Subscriptions available include YouTube TV includes all sports channels and ability to watch four games at once. Also logged into paramount plus, peacock, etc for a movie night in. Washer and dryer. Plus, a high end easy to use Elliptical. Great yard, patio, deck to enjoy after a day out or morning coffee. Coffee pods, dish soap and laundry detergent provided.
