Ocean block duplex, first floor, one house from the beach. (Second floor listing is # 4749397) In perfect condition after Hurricane Sandy. Just a few steps through the sand dunes, to the white sandy beach. Easy for children to go to and from the house. Many amenities to make your stay comfortable. Each room is air conditioned. Very clean and well maintained. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom which sleeps three (bunk beds and a twin), and a sleep sofa which sleeps one, for a total sleep capacity for six. The house has wireless Internet, cable TV, CD and DVD players; a newly renovated well equipped kitchen; outdoor shower; and grill and washer/dryer. Table and chairs for outside eating. Beach chairs are provided. Close to restaurants and shops. One mile from Beach Haven amusements and shopping. No smoking or vaping. We rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday Discounted rates for June and September.

Summary: Property is very close to beach. Owner was extremely easy to work with and it was a pleasure meeting them. House is old and rooms are small, but if you are just looking to stay close to the beach and not spend much time in the house it is for you. Enjoyed our stay.
