This cottage is a newly constructed, beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home located in Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve, a 300-acre gated community 10 minutes away from the coastal town of Kennebunkport as well as many beaches. The cottage is complete with a stunning kitchen, comfortable living room with gas fireplace, first floor bedroom(queen) as well as a fully equipped home office. The second floor consists of a large master bedroom (king) and bath as well as a loft area. Our condo association only allows 5 people per rental. Sorry no pets or smoking allowed. The outdoor patio in the rear is equipped with a dining table that seats 6 as well as a gas grill. There is a washer/dryer unit located on the first floor of this home.
You will have access to the two community's pools (one is adult only after 2pm and that one is a salt water pool), bocce courts, horseshoe pits, fire pits, fitness center and clubhouse with a game room. There is also a 68-acre nature preserve that surrounds the community with trails that are great for walking, running and biking.
The property is in a perfect location, close to the towns of Kennebunk/Kennebunkport near beautiful beaches and a short drive to Portland, Maine.
The unit includes beach chairs and beach towels and is ten minutes away from all the local beaches.
