Unwind in this beautiful, newly updated WATER VIEW HOME on the Hyannis/Yarmouth line situated only 120 yards to the private neighborhood Highland Street beach! The first floor includes an open living/dining/ kitchen area and dry bar. The kitchen is full of the utensils needed for cooking and grilling. Plates, utensils, and cups for young children are provided as well. Access to the patio is near the bar. There is an outdoor seating area with a propane fire table and grill which is perfect for entertaining!
There is a full bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, a separate sitting room with a queen sofa bed, and children’s play area with toys and books on this floor as well. This young BEACHSIDE VACATION home features all the amenities such as CENTRAL AIR Conditioning, a second floor Primary Suite (king bed) with private deck and water views and a grand primary bath with spa tub and walk in shower. There are two additional second floor bedrooms. One has a queen bed and a desk with a 2 monitor work station as well as a child’s crib with gently used infant/toddler mattress, waterproof cover and sheets. The other has a twin bed as well as a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top).
The finished walk out lower level of the home offers additional sleeping space (a queen and a twin bed), a game room with pool table, sitting area with a second refrigerator and microwave, and leads to the yard and outdoor shower. Enjoy the beach and popular Hyannis Park area. Sit and watch the boats float by. You will be only a short distance to Tugboats for dining, Baxter’s Boathouse Clams, Trader Ed's for summer entertainment, and Hyannis Marina for boating. Dogs considered upon owner approval. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply.
