Enjoy an unobstructed ocean view, only 80 yards from the beach! From Memorial Weekend through Labor Day, Beach Services, Ltd provides two commercial umbrellas and four beach chairs, set up seven days a week. We also provide extra beach chairs.
MOON SHADOW is located in Oceanside Village, a private gated family-friendly community which provides well-maintained amenities. Tasteful beach decor sets off an immaculately clean home. Enjoy a beautiful ocean view from our covered front porch with bar height table and chairs. No matter what the weather brings, relax and enjoy your stay. A ample supply of paper products, both toilet paper and paper towels, are provided, along with laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, body wash, and hand soap, so that guests can immediately settle in without rushing to the grocery store.
With two bedrooms, two full baths, this house sleeps four: one king bed and two twin beds, all with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Linens are provided with beds already made for you upon arrival. Bath and kitchen towels are also provided. Hard surface flooring throughout makes for an allergy-free setting. Front-load high-efficiency washer, dryer; refrigerator; microwave; ultra-quiet Bosch dishwasher, garbage disposal; three ROKU Smart TVs with streaming services and secure Wi-Fi Internet; concrete driveway; outside shower with hot/cold water; ceiling fans throughout; carport, bar-height outdoor furniture on our covered upper deck with full ocean view, ground level concrete patio with a picnic table for outdoor dining. Living Room and both bedrooms have Smart TVs with secure Internet access.
Amenities include private gated community, beach-front parking for your vehicle, an indoor heated pool open year round; a outdoor pool, children's water park; and hot tub area (open seasonally); lighted tennis courts, baseball/softball field, basketball court, a community center, lakes stocked for fishing, biking, strolling on the beach, and much more.
