We want to assure you that we are putting extra care and attention into our cleaning routines, making our house the safest for your stay. We have always maintained a high level of cleanliness including extra attention to disinfecting all touch points throughout the house. Also all linens including throw blankets, decorative pillows, and bath mats are washed in hot water. Due to increased precautions and cleaning protocols, check out is 10am to allow for extra cleaning time.

The main guest booking the reservation is responsible for keeping the house respectfully tidy while taking care of the furniture & belongings inside. Our expectation is the house is left in a respectful manner. It is also their responsibility to ensure all guests are familiar with the house rules.
