The main bedroom is located upstairs with a king size canopy bed, extra large walk-in closet, and spacious en suite full bathroom. Downstairs has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and access to the private backyard deck. The other bedroom has a double bed as well as a queen size Murphy bed. There is a full tub/shower combo bathroom downstairs for guests. The washer & dryer is located in the garage along with a ping pong table for your enjoyment. This property is walking distance to the Morro Strand State Beach and a quick drive to downtown Morro Bay and the Embarcadero or 5 minutes North to Cayucos. You’ll be happy vacationing in this well equipped and comfortable home.
