The Tudor style cottage, converted from a large garage n the 1930s, is nestled into a beautiful corner of Coast Village.
The first floor consists of an semi-open plan with arches joining the foyer, living, and dining areas. Kitchen is fully equipped for meal prep; dining areas include a breakfast table with seating for 4, and a nook that seats another 4-6. Toddler seats available. Furnished for outdoor dining as well. Comfy seating a fireplace (electric), a large TV in living room. Stacked washer and dryer, soap and softener for your convenience in the laundry room.
Two connected bedrooms are on the first floor as well as a bathroom. The bathroom has granite and limestone floors and the typical toilet, sink and shower. The first bedroom includes a twin bed, the second bedroom a bunk bed, a queen bed with a bunk above, a bar sink, a TV, and some toys.
Near the living room stairs lead up to the second floor where there are two bedrooms and a second bath. The bath shows off a travertine floor and half wall, a spa-tub with shower, and a larger vanity and sink. The first bedroom is appointed with a queen bed, chairs, a desk, TV and drawers and closet. A crib is stowed inside a closet should you need. The second, larger bedroom has windows over the drive as well as a balcony overlooking the back garden. A queen bed, a couch and chair, TV, drawers, a larger closet, iron and ironing board are provided. Inside the cabinet you can find a Pack-n-Play crib, should you need.
The outdoor yard and garden are planted with cacti, succulents, shade and fruit trees. A fire pit, barbecue, various games, outdoor furniture, surf boards and boogie boards are available. An outdoor shower for rinsing off is available near the orange trees.
