Summary: A strange and jolting clatter issued from the heating unit every 45 minutes. Sound like a waiter dropping a tray intermittently all night long. It was a rough night of sleep. The hotel is usually great but not this time. And of course, when you book through hotels.com, the hotel itself and reimburse you anything. Instead of blaming the hotel, this may be the death knell of my use of hotels.com
