The master suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with oversize walk-in shower. There are french doors opening to a standing balcony with mountain views. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The nearby bathroom has a tub/shower combination. For additional sleeping, there is a queen sleeper/sofa in the living room.
Front view balcony offers unique perspectives of Avila Beach and great place to enjoy that cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. The condo is located at street level.
Home is fully stocked with kitchen cooking and serving dishes, towels, linens. No food items, cooking oils or seasonings are kept onsite. Beach gear is provided, including: beach dolly, 4 beach chairs, and umbrella. Beach towels are not stocked in the unit. Beach towels are available in Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals office.
