Summary: Our stay would have been good, but we had NO HOT WATER! We arrived Thursday afternoon and were there until Saturday morning, and had no hot water the entire time! We were in the area for a wedding so it was very inconvenient to have no hot water and to have the plumber coming in and out. We had to heat up water on the stove to wash dishes in. The owner said she would be giving me a partial refund, but that hasn't happened and she has blocked my texts. Very unprofessional. The apartment itself was nice, except for the cracks and holes in the flooring.
