This is right next to Forest Park, which is a short walk away! Forest Park is ideal for those who enjoy biking, running, or golfing, as there are two different courses available! You can visit the Art Museum, Maryland Plaza, the Loop, and many other attractions. It is also ideal for anyone working or attending school at Barnes, Children's, Wash U, SLU, or STLCOP, not to mention grocery stores! Schnucks, Whole Foods, Straubs, Shapiros Market, Aldi, and other grocery stores are just a hop, skip, and jump away!
Getting Around:
Although this is a very walkable neighborhood, there are bus stops directly in front of my building. You can take the Metrolink at the end of the street to downtown St. Louis for a visit to the Arch or a Cardinals/Blues game! There is also a Loop Trolley stop at the end of the street. Take the Trolley to Forest Park or ride it to the Delmar Loop Entertainment District!
Laclede Cab and St. Louis County & Yellow Cab are our two main cab companies for getting around town by car. There are also UBER and LYFT.

Summary: The worst part was the AC which wasn't working properly. They finally sent someone to fix it but not till just before we left. In the middle of summer in St Louis, and the temperature in the apt stayed between 77 and 87 degrees.The bathroom was cleanish but not in good condition. The dishwasher wasn't unloaded and some items in it were still dirty. The apartment had proper beds and sheets were clean. The kitchen was acceptable. The building itself was rundown and was smelly. The property owners are constantly asking for pictures of documents which need to be emailed to them instead of using the Vrbo app. Asking for a credit card form to be uploaded the morning of check- in when obviously that's the day we were travelling.
