Positive: A delightful home in a great spot for both Sunday River and Mt. Abram. A tremendous value. Great for groups with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Kid-friendly. Easy to cook and do laundry. Great mudroom/hall and racks for ski gear.

Negative: Parking is a bit tight if you have more than 2 vehicles. Lack of (paid) EV charging, a nice-to-have that would have made this perfect for us.

Summary: A delightful home in a great spot for both Sunday River and Mt. Abram.
