This is a single home with an upper water view deck of the bay and sunsets, an outside Tiki bar for cottage guests to enjoy.
The space
Covid19 protocal for my cottages:Our cleaning team is using all Lysol & Clorox 99.9% disinfectant products paying particular attention to knobs, fan pulls, switches, remotes and a commercial Ozone air purifier, sterilizer system will be turned on between rentals.
Our space is unique in that I am an interior designer & my husband does exterior design. We have been on DIY network and three of our homes have been in either Coastal Living or Parade magazine.
