The dining area and kitchen island provide seating for a full house to dine together with convenience, adjacent to the kitchen featuring beautiful granite counters and high end stainless appliances. Outside, a large deck features a gas grill, an outdoor dining table, and additional seating, overlooking seasonal wooded and mountain views.
The main floor master bedroom has a queen bed, tv, deck access and a private bathroom with a gorgeous tiled step in shower. A second main level master bedroom has a king bed, tv, deck access and private bathroom. A third main level bedroom has a queen bed, tv and hallway bathroom. The main level also offers a quite office space with a desk, computer monitor and comfortable modern desk chair. Downstairs the family room offers more space to spread out, with a ping pong table, arcade game, tv area and wet bar with sink and beverage chiller. Wake up to lovely views in the downstairs king bedroom. A fifth bedroom located downstairs has two twin beds. The huge lower level deck is fully covered keeping it dry year round, and a staircase leads from the lower deck down to the fire pit in the private yard.
Lorien has a spacious level gravel parking area, one step to the covered front entrance. Winter travelers are required to have 4WD or AWD vehicles and chains may be needed during extreme inclement weather. Two dogs may be included with a reservation for an additional pet fee.
