Summary: We had a little last minute scurry to get the access info. The owner was very kind and very apologetic and all was well at arrival. The neighborhood is a bit loud and my family was kept awake by a car that sat in the alley with thumping base from 2-4am. This is not the rentals issue it speaks to the neighborhood.
