The lovely bayshore is less than 2.5 blocks from this newly listed 3 bed/2 bath house. Enjoy strolling on the sidewalks overlooking the Bay or walk directly on the private beach. Don't forget binoculars for viewing the swimming dolphin pods or flying exotic birds that are visiting the Delaware Bay! Family restaurants featuring live music and overlooking memorable sunsets are all within walking distance. Historic Town Bank is the first settlement in New Jersey founded in 1632 by whalers. It is just a short drive to the center of Victorian Cape May City, a National Historic Landmark site and "Nation's Oldest Seashore Resort." Many area attractions await including Cape May Promenade, Wildwood Boardwalk, Wineries & Breweries, Historical Museums, Whale Watch Cruises, Zoo and many Seasonal Events. In addition to the rental fee there is a $400 refundable security deposit, $65 processing fee to Coastline Realty LLC. The cleaning fee for a rental is $200. Security deposit cannot be paid by credit card. Linens and towels are not provided, guests are requested to bring their own. Amenities include washer and dryer.

Summary: Home was in a great location, close enough to walk to the beach. The house was clean upon arrival and had all the kitchen items needed (though I would suggest more silverware) . There were plenty of board games to keep the kids entertained. Was a good stay and would stay again.
