The Space:
Perched across three lots in the scenic hills of Mt. Washington, this home offers a private hillside retreat with plenty of space for you and your group to enjoy.
Inside the main home, you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms designed for both comfort and style. The spacious living room features an open concept with large windows that showcase hillside views while surrounding trees provide natural privacy. Thoughtfully furnished for up to six guests, the home combines elegance and functionality. Step out onto the covered porch, where you can relax in the hanging egg chair, enjoy bar-top seating, or share morning coffee on the cozy loveseat.
Downstairs, you’ll have a serene bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, and private patio overlooking incredible views. Upstairs, one bedroom offers a king bed, private bathroom, and an exposed wall feature that fills the room with natural light. Guests are granted access to the residence and backyard located on the property. No Guest Garage Access. Please be advised that the adjacent open lot is not part of the premises, is not maintained, and lacks fencing or barriers. Entry onto or use of this lot is strictly prohibited.
