Nestled in China Spring, Texas, near Waco, Baylor University, and the Magnolia Silos, this delightful 42.28 acre estate boasts 5 charming bedrooms, each offering a unique sleeping experience with a mixure of beds and bunkbeds alike. For those who need a family style place to enjoy, please take a look at the sleeping arranagments in the pictures to ensure the accommodations meet your specific needs for comfort based on the number of people accompanying you. With 5.5 bathrooms equipped with tankless water heaters for refreshing showers, guests can start their day exploring and enjoying nature and then feeling completely rejuvenated knowing they aren't going to need to worry about running out of hot water.
The Magnolia Ranch estate encapsulates a main house/conference center and a 1.5-story tiny home with spectacular views of the water, land, and sky! We have 2 other tiny homes that are not currently available, but may be in the future.
Amenities include a basketball court, swimming pool, 4 lakes, a stocked fish pond, a shooting range (with permission), water sports, and a fire pit for your complete enjoyment and serenity.
All of our amenities were created and designed with you in mind. We want to give you a 5 Star experience, only because they don't go up to 10!
We have tried to think of everything you need to enjoy the property. From bath towels and shampoo to our blow torch fire starter, our amenities help you relax and enjoy your stay. Even to the extent of having a professional-grade telescope with very little ambient light at the Ranch to interfere with stargazing, all for your viewing pleasure.
Magnolia Ranch is perfect for events such as weddings, conferences, as well as church and family gatherings, etc.
For those wanting special events such as weddings, deer lease, etc there is a price difference based on what you request and desire. Just let us know the specifics of what you want to create, and we can get you a price based on your requirements and our insurance coverage.

For those specifically interested in deer and or duck hunting at Magnolia Ranch during deer and duck season in Texas, there are solar-powered deer feeders and a $3,500 camoflauge deer stand already in place, and available for use.
Regardless of your purpose and usage, it is our desire to ensure you have the best stay possible.
We want to make you aware of a couple of things specific to Magnolia Ranch Waco. We have 2 donkeys and a goat on the property. They are our family, so don't shoot one of them thinking it's a deer. We will ask you to get your eyes checked and visibly point out the difference if you are not familiar with them and need clarification :)
As for children, we love them. We believe in helping them explore, but also do it in a way that is a learning experience and increases their awe of what God has created.
We encourage family interaction because when all is said and done, building memories is often what we are left with in this world.
If, by chance, your young one does something that is outside the norm of acceptable behavior, we will give them 2 Energy Drinks and a puppy for your ride home. :)
If they do something egregious to the property or animals, and that goes for adults too, we reserve the right to talk with you about it and find a resolution that is acceptable. If restitution is required, we ask you to understand that Magnolia Ranch is here for your enjoyment and those who come after you as well.
