Walk straight ahead through another arched entryway to discover the heart of the home; an open-concept space combining the kitchen, dining, and living areas. This central gathering spot leads to a covered porch furnished with comfortable couches and an outdoor dining table and stunning ocean backdrop, making this the perfect location for dining al fresco. The well-equipped main kitchen features marble countertops, a glass tile backsplash, Wolf gas cooktop, two Bosch dishwashers, and a large Thermador refrigerator. The first of the three primary suites is also located on this floor with a king bed and spacious bathroom, complete with a soaking tub, oversized walk-in shower, and double vanity.
