French doors lead to open common area and one of two community pools. Master bedroom and master bath with a fourth bedroom are located upstairs with a private balcony. Two bedrooms on main level with a guest bath.
Restaurants within three miles: Whales Tale, Pompano Joe's, Wahoo's, Captain Dave's, Baytown Wharf, Ocean Club.
Shopping: Complex across the street from Silver Sand Outlet Mall, Five Miles to New Destin Commons Shopping Mall and Movie Theater.
