Please read the full description. We are located 2 miles from Sullivan's Island, 4 miles from Isle of Palms, 1 mile from Shem Creek and 4.6 miles from downtown Charleston!
We have 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We have 3 downstairs bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and 2 full size beds in the upstairs room. This bedroom has "low head room" and is more of a frog/children's room, but it can certainly accommodate adults for sleeping. It has a 5 foot center.
We have a great screened in back porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea. We also have a large back deck with a teak table and umbrella that seats up to 8 people.
The lower deck is a great sitting area for evenings around the fire pit. There is an outdoor television for movies under the stars or watch your favorite sports at the bar while having a barbeque! We also have an enclosed outdoor hot water shower for the adventurous kind! :) This is noted as our 3rd bathroom, but please be aware it is only a shower.
We live in a very quiet neighborhood and we are within walking distance to 8 restaurants/bars, 2 grocery stores, pharmacy and shops. 4 car maximum.

Summary: Great spot for our family of 5! Location is excellent with great proximity to SI, IOP, downtown Charleston and Mt Pleasant. Enjoyed bike rides to the beach, Pitt St bridge and Olde Village. Backyard area is a really nice quiet spot to relax. Plenty of bedrooms and space for our group. The house was very clean upon arrival.
