ABOUT THE LISTING — Lil’ Sea Sass is a pet friendly cottage near the end of a posted private sandy road sits Lil’ Sea Sass! This vintage 3 BR year round Cape Cod cottage features DIRECT oceanfront, its own PRIVATE beach, and is nestled in the dune offering unparalleled ocean views from the dune deck. The cottage is lovingly decorated and the gas fireplace along with central heat will keep you toasty on those chilly winter nights. There is FAST WIFI and the cottage is fully stocked with all the comforts of home.
Privacy, privacy, privacy … Step back in time to “old world Cape Cod” as you travel down a posted private sandy road leading to Lil’ Sea Sass where you will find the vintage (c. 1911) cottage set back from the road accessed via a long driveway. Lil’ Sea Sass is nestled in the dune and the dune top deck offers unparalleled sweeping views of the ocean where you will enjoy magnificent sunrises.
The charming vintage year-round 3 BR cottage is lovingly decorated in a “shabby chic” style and offers fresh decor throughout including a wonderful Restoration Hardware extension dining table and chairs, a large wall of mirrors from Pottery Barn, and new slipcovered furniture in the living room.
There IS an updated kitchen, which is fully stocked with many modern gadgets (Keurig, Blender, Drip Coffee Maker, ect ect).
A future upgrade will include central air conditioning. In the meantime, starting Mid-June 2023, the cottage will have an AC unit (portable type) in the main living area. In the past guests have been comfortable with just fans in the cottage but this will be a nice addition this year. Please note, there is not central air right now and the ac will cool the main living, dining, and kitchen areas. There are fans in each bedroom and as well as the living room.
