This unique home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen and living area, and two expansive decks perfect for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or late-night stargazing. With thoughtful amenities throughout and direct access to the water, The Lighthouse is your gateway to lake life at its finest.
Inside:
Downstairs includes a modern kitchen with full-size appliances, dining area, and large family room with seating for 8+, a 65" Smart TV, and access to streaming services. There’s also a bedroom with a full-size bed and a full bath with washer/dryer.
Upstairs features the master suite with a king bed, Smart TV, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. Two additional bedrooms include a queen bed with lake views and a triple bunk bed (queen/full/twin). These rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The loft area includes a pullout sofa, a 50" Smart TV, vintage video game consoles, and a minibar with fridge, sink, and microwave.
Outdoor space:
The downstairs covered deck offers dining for 6+, a 6-burner propane grill, and a climate-controlled half-bath known as the "Poop Deck." A spiral staircase leads to the upper deck, where you'll find the best views of Lake Livingston—perfect for sunrise and sunset watching.
The private dock and boathouse provide plenty of seating, electric lifts for boats and jet skis, a rope swing, and swim access. Life jackets are available by request.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire home, except the master closet and garage. There are no traditional closets in the home. Two of the four bedrooms are equipped with small dressers, and the other two include luggage racks for convenient storage.
