Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Summary: We comfortably had 10 adults in this house and never felt cramped. The bathrooms are HUGE and the house is bright and clean and the A/C worked well. The kitchen had enough pots, pans, plates, and utensils but many of the cooking tools were basic: if you're a gourmet, bring some of your favorites. Even with the density of houses nearby, it was quiet and not crowded during our mid-july stay. We liked sitting on the porch and watching the bicycle traffic go by in the mornings and evenings. For future guests: You may have to pull gently on the front door when using the electronic lock. The wifi was different than what was shown in the info packet (SSID: "Henry"). The mattress protector on the master bed was NOISY and hot. (some guests probably remove it - consider bringing your own) There was a boogie board, some beach chairs, and a surfboard in the storage shed.
