This villa is one property on a lakefront resort with access to our boat docks. It is positioned directly across the lake front the Eddy Creek Marina. It has a private deck and a full kitchen. It has one bedroom with 2 beds to accommodate 4 guests. We also have a grill for cooking out!

The entire property has shared swings, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, outdoor seating, firepit and outdoor picnic tables to accommodate a cookout or event. You can sit right on the lake and enjoy the views or fish off the dock or property.

Summary: We had a nice time visiting the Palisades! We enjoyed fishing on the property. The room was clean and had great air conditioning. The interior was a bit dated, but we didn’t mind. Suggestions for improvement: The front entry needs to have the spider webs/dead bugs swept off the wall. The deck (loved sitting out there) has a lot of bird poop on the railing and a little on the table/chairs. Tub drains slow, so we stood in ankle deep water while showering. That may not bother others, just a personal issue. That key box was a little tricky, so patience is needed but eventually it opened up for us on arrival. Opened on the first attempt on check out day. Overall, we had a nice visit! Thanks for letting us stay.
