Only 9 steps down to the Main Floor where the modern kitchen and living room with 55" inch Flat screen TV and dining area are located.The Boathouse deck is adjacent to the main floor which make for wonderful indoor outdoor living. Grill or just enjoy the lake and Mountain Views.
One of the few homes without neighbors and just a stone's throw away from Larkin's. Ingle's Grocery store is so close no need to worry if something is forgotten.
On the bottom floor are 3 bedrooms and the Bathroom. Bedroom one has a queen bed with lovely french doors which lead to a private deck with a dinette table for two over the water to enjoy your morning coffee. There is another dinette table along the side of the boathouse if you wish to admire the view down the main channel. Bedroom two has a queen bed with a spectacular view of the water with a private door to another deck.
The 3rd Bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a single twin. The bottom bunk is a double so this Adventure Room sleeps four.
The bathroom is also located on the bottom floor and also has a second door to the outside for easy entrance.
There is a sleeper sofa for 2 in the main living area.
The Hot Tub is large enough for 6 people to sit comfortably and is along the water; But privacy is somewhat provided being between the two boathouses!
Enjoy the lovely swing in the boathouse or just relax and read a spell in the hammock.
**WITH UNLIMITED USE OF THE PONTOON BOAT** Cruising the lake and enjoying Magnificent Sunsets will be highlights of your stay. Have dinner at one of many restaurants or pull up for coffee ALL BY BOAT!!
One of the favorite things to do is take the 2-man Kayak down the lake or just play by the house with the provided rafts, noodles and floats.
