This bright and sunny vacation home is perfect for hosting families and friends throughout the year. All furnishings new in 2022 and the location is a 1/4 mile to Sunapee Harbor. The house includes an open first floor (kitchen/dining room/living room) with a deck overlooking the back yard. Additionally, the totally renovated walk out basement has a large living room and game area so your group has plenty of space to spread out.
You'll have passes to the local town beach, which has concessions, a playground, basketball court and paddleboards amd kayaks to sign out for free. Picnic tables, lounge chairs and umbrellas are also available at no cost.
1/4 mile to Sunapee Harbor - evening band concerts, summer outdoor movies, dinner boat cruise, ice cream and local shops

Summary: Gary is very responsive in a timely manner. Beautiful area. House is in good shape, lots of room to sit and hang out. Nice well stocked kitchen. Annoying that there are no towels and that you have to drive your garbage to the dumpster which isn’t open every day of the week.
