By renting this property you agree:
1. There will be no more than 6 persons occupying said leased premises at any time. If you have more than 6 persons, please contact host for sleeping arrangements and approval before booking.
2. No Pets/animals of any kind will be kept in or on premises.
3. NO SMOKING within any part of the building on premises.
4. The tenants shall leave the premises in the same general good condition as he/she found it. The tenants shall be responsible for all damage or breakage or loss to the premises except normal wear and tear.
5. The tenants shall not lease or sublet, nor permit any other person/s to occupy the leased premises
6. The leased property shall not be used for functions such as family reunions, weddings, or any other sort of gatherings.
7. The tenants agree to allow the landlord or the landlord's designated person/s to enter the premises both inside and out with proper notification to view the premises for repair, to inspect, make repairs, or for landscaping purposes.
8. The tenants agree to hold The landlord harmless on account of any natural disaster affecting the leased premises.
9. The tenants will clean the BBQ grill after each use and fill the BBQ propane tank at their expense.
10. The Tenants shall not disconnect any TV, electronic, WIFI cables, cords, etc. for any reason.
11. The tenants must wash all dishes, utensils and glasses well. The tenants might be charged extra if the landlord need to spend more money cleaning these.
12. The Landlord will not be responsible for guests lost or left behind articles.
13. The property has private sewer (septic system), so please:
A. NO oil / grease, or solid food down the kitchen sink.
B. DO NOT flush anything other than human waste / soft toilet paper down the toilet.
14. Additional fee for guests above 4 is $50 per additional person per night.
