Keep it JUST BEACHY at this peaceful and centrally-located place. JUST BEACHY is two short blocks from the beach (3 min walk). This modern condo has 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, chef grade appliances, and AC.
The open living space and ensuite bedroom is located on the second level. The condo is flooded with natural day light. Rooftop cooking and dining spacious enough for a visiting friends. The kitchen has chef grade appliances. Interior dining for 2 (more dining options on the rooftop). The living room has comfortable sectional sofa seating with a pull-out sleeper should an extra sleeping bed be needed.
Up the spiral staircase to a rooftop entertaining deck. The roof deck has a BBQ and dining table.
The owner keeps personal items in the single car garage. The guest will have access to the laundry center located in the garage. Guest are not able to park an auto in the garage. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is great, the condo is nice. We did not appreciate having to pay an additional fee for a spa that we did not want to use, but because we paid for it we decided to use it. There weren't any instructions as to how to turn on the heater so we had to call Seven Sisters. The breaker had to be flipped then we had to call again as to how to turn it on. It took 2 days before we could use it. Then when we used it, it was disappointing as far as comfort so we turned it off and did not use it again. The umbrella on the upper deck was broken, we reported it and was told they did not know. On our first full day there we reported that the light above the mirror in the half bath was not working. Was never fixed. Would like to stay there again, but only if everything is fixed and in working order and the spa was not an additional cost.
