AN EASY WALK TO THE BEACH AT TENTH STREET. WE OFFER A FENCED YARD AS WELL AS A ROOMY WRAPAROUND SCREENED PORCH PERFECT FOR YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY! THE OPEN FRONT PORCH OFFERS ADIRONDACK CHAIRS TO SIT AND TAKE IN THE BEACH BREEZE! WHILE THE COTTAGE IS IDEAL OF LARGE FAMILY AND/OR FRIEND VACATIONS AND GETAWAYS WITH 2 LEVELS AND SEPARATE ENTRANCES, IT'S IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT ACCESS BETWEEN THE FLOORS IS VIA EXTERIOR STAIRS; NO INTERIOR STAIRS OR ACCESS BETWEEN FLOORS FROM INSIDE THE COTTAGE.
