Nice open floor plan will give you lots of room for family and friends during those times when you are not out fishing. Televisions in all bedrooms is a nice perk for those days when the weather is not cooperating. Spacious deck area with covered and uncovered decking. Great for taking in the beautiful views. Lots of room downstairs for hanging out or cooking up the catch of the day, also offers a outdoor shower for guest. Fishermen and women alike will enjoy this location.

This place has 100ft of bulk head, Canal is Approx. 6 ft deep, deep enough for big boats. For big groups rent both Hooked and Pelican Reef which is located right next door. --100' of bulkhead / no pier --Water depth high tide 6ft / low tide 4.5' * --Largest boat for canal access would be 40' long --100' of bulkhead- 3 bay boats up to 26' in length each can tie up or 2 large boats up to 40' in length each --Docking area has electricity, water, hoses, (2) halogen large fishing lights, switches for fishing lights at bulkhead on post --Specks and white trout can be caught at night with fishing lights. 4 wired crab traps provided. Crabs can be caught along bulkhead at camp. Of course all depends on the time of the year and if the fish are biting! --No boat launch provided. Bridge Side marina has a double back down launch which is nearby. Boat launch is approximately 1/8 mile to camp which is located @106 Island Rd. Canal access is protected from wind / weather

Summary: This is our second trip to Grand Isle for fun and fishing. We really loved this house. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Plenty of space and sleeping accommodations. We fished in the channel behind the house. Had great fun. (Also did a fishing charter while there) Hope the house is available for our next trip.
