Positive: The hotel was clean. Beds was comfortable.

Negative: Staff was not friendly. I tried to check in and the front desk lady said rooms were not ready and to come back.they were trying to clean the rooms as fast as they could. Was told they were sold out for the night and if I didn't check by 10p or 11pm, my room could be canceled as a no show. I checked in about 1020p. I booked a 2 queen bed, but the front desk lady gave me a king room. She told me, no I didn't until I showed her my phone. And she saw where I booked the two queen beds. She went on to say we dont have any so you have to take the king bed. So unacceptable, so unapologetic, So rude, didn't care. So I took the room. Overall, hotel was clean but I wouldn't stay here again. Must have some college students as their staff since there is a nearby college.
