Summary: We booked this house for an overnight trip with my husband's family and included grandparents, their three children, myself, a 13 year old niece, and our 3 year old son. And despite the variety of needs a group of that type might have, this house exceeded all expectations. My sister in-law referred to it an 11 out of 10 house!While the footprint of the house is not large, the spaces are well allocated and utilized. Four ample rooms, a central living room, dining table that fit all of us, plus outdoor space. We loved being able to cook on the grill, appreciated the outdoor shower to get off the sand, and found the amenities to be really lovely. The bikes, beach chairs, wagon, and boogie boards were all used, and it was such a help to not have to bring any of that. Not to mention the house was fully stocked with plenty of beach and bath towelsThe location was great: even though it wasn't right on the beach, it was just around the corner. Now my side of the family wants to come here! I'm sure we'll be back in the future.
