THE HOME:

On the lower level, you'll find three additional bedrooms, two furnished with king beds and one with two full beds. Each bedroom boasts a smart TV and Wi-Fi for your entertainment. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this level, along with easy access to the hot tub on the lower patio. On the main entry level, the luxurious suite awaits with its own en-suite bathroom and a private deck that overlooks the captivating northeastern views. Pier 46, the area's top fish market and restaurant, can also be found there. In downtown Templeton, Nature's Touch Nursery and Harvest is a fully organic grocery store that supports local farmers. For larger grocery needs, Albertson's and Food for Less are both approximately 5 miles away in different directions.
