Positive: The views from the balcony are exceptional. House had all the basic necessities. It fit our family just fine. The men loved the pool table. The location is awesome & beach access was close enough to walk about 2 blocks away. Loved that it is pet friendly, although our pups were a little spooked with all the deer. Would definitely stay here again.

Negative: House could use a deep clean & it did have a definite odor when we arrived, but that quickly subsided once we opened the windows. The driveway is very steep.
