Summary: Check in was okay.... i reserved 10 days in advance to have a quiet Mountain View Suite, arrived at 3pm checkin and they said there were no availability in the back only at the street, more noise, paying $250.00 for a sub standard Suite with a view of the gas station, was very disappointing. Additionally, i had late check out at 1pm, and the housekeeping kept knocking on my door from 11am on, to see when I was leaving. I wanted to enjoy my stay in this very expensive room, but kept getting interrupted, and she didnt even ask if I enjoyed my stay, all she wanted was me out of the room so she could clean the room. Very very rude. I will never be back to stay here, ever. It was Thanksgiving, you would think they would be more cheerful. Checkout lady was very pleasant and kind, everyone else at this Hotel did not know what customer is to the Hotel Guests whatsoever. Very disappointing. disappointing that I did not
