Summary: I paid over $200 for a room that looked nothing like the photos, very outdated, dusty, with a strange smell. The AC/heating unit was rusty, dirty, and the heat didn’t work. After trying for over an hour, I called the front desk. A staff member who checked me into that room (Star) came, She tried to tell me she could hear it working, but as I was explaining that it turns off immediately and blows out cold air, sure enough, it shut off again. I pointed this out, and she admitted that it wasn’t supposed to do that. She insisted warm air was coming out when it clearly wasn’t and told me to “wait a while”, for it to heat up. I asked how long, and when she couldn’t give a clear answer, I requested another room After spending nearly two hours in a cold room already.
The new room was slightly better but still not what I paid for. When I got there, the door wouldn’t open, and one of the keys wasn’t even activated. I had to carry all my bags back to the front desk again before an older, kind employee explained that the door handle had to be turned upward to open (something I never would’ve known).
The older lady was very nice, but the woman who checked me in and handled my issues was dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, I was extremely annoyed, especially after having to drag my luggage back and forth multiple times and even breaking a nail in the process definitely not what I expected from a Hampton Inn.

Summary: Room it wasn't ready we wait an hour to get in. We got the key, and the room was dirty towels in the bathroom floor. However, the front desk ladies great service.
