Whether you are here for the Super Bowl or the Waste Management Phoenix Open (or both!) this is the rental for you! Central location puts you close to downtown, Old Town Scottsdale and a short drive to the State Farm Stadium. A Peloton and Basketball hoop will keep you active during your stay here. If you bring the kids there is a full playset in the backyard for them to burn some energy!

Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor:
This vacation rental is located in a residential neighborhood perfect for your next getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am and guests are asked to be mindful of neighbors. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. (Our driveway can hold 2-4 cars). Any fines will be passed onto the guests. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and our standard check-out time is 11 AM. We have to be strict regarding check-in and check-out times so that our cleaning crew has enough time to get the house ready for the next guests.
However, whenever possible, we will try our best to accommodate your schedule to allow for an earlier arrival or later departure. It’s always best to ask us about changing check-in and/or check-out times close to the date of your reservation.
We are located 4 miles from Old Town Scottsdale where you will have access to the best restaurants, shopping, art galleries and nightlife Arizona has to offer. Whether you’re here for the Phoenix Open, Spring Training, golfing, hiking or biking in one of the many trails, or just for some well-deserved rest and relaxation, you’ve come to the right place!
Upon arrival, the front living room offers space to lounge around with your travel companions, as it provides all the expected comforts necessary. On chilly nights enjoy the indoor gas fireplace while looking out your oversized picture window.

Four cozy, spacious bedrooms with plush mattresses to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The Master has a King bed, one bedroom has a twin bed, one bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle bed attached and the fourth bedroom that looks as a playroom in these photos will have a queen bed in it. There is also a large couch in the living room that someone can sleep on, although it is not a pullout bed. There is also space for airmattresses.

There are 2 SmartTV located in the living room and one in the Master bedroom.

From the kitchen, access where most of your time will likely be spent in the amazing backyard! Have a BBQ, share some drinks, take a dip in the pool; this truly provides the perfect space to enjoy an alfresco meal in the tranquil outdoors. Outdoor games to create memories that last. Relax in the hot tub after a long day of exploring.

Conveniently, a laundry room is located on the property. We provide laundry detergent for your stay. Iron and Ironing Board provided.
