Access to Ossipee Lake and Sand Bar, this lake-front home on Leavitt Bay has spectacular lake and mountain views from its very large sandy shared beach with designated swimming area and floating swim platform and swing set.
Amenities: complete with 2 outdoor decks. Lake and mountain views from the living room, kitchen, sun porch, front deck, and side deck. One level home, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master Bedroom: King Size Bed, and 1 set of Bunk Beds (full and twin), Bedroom #2: Queen Size Bed, Bedroom #3: 2 sets of twin Bunk beds, Sun room: queen pull-out couch. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Other amenities include central conditioning, boat dock, outdoor furniture, gas grill, beach chairs, fire pit included for campfires.
