All touch surfaces and floors are being cleaned with an EPA List N sanitizer. ALL sheets, comforters, blankets, towels, bathroom mats, floor mats, seat covers, mattress and waterproof pillowcase covers are being machine-washed in hot water between EACH stay. All of our living area furniture is leather which will be wiped down after each stay and any material surfaces will be sprayed with disinfectant. We are also providing all NEW toiletries (hand/body soap/shampoo/conditioner), tissue boxes, lotion, dish soap, sponge and salt/pepper - everything unopened and unused.

Sea Palm Cottages are 100 year-old cottages that have been remodeled to make you feel like you are in an island paradise. Because of our central location, you can walk everywhere - no car needed. Enjoy coffee by the pool or in your private screened lanai. Swim in the heated pool and spa (we are one of the very few properties on Siesta that has a natural gas heater, so our pool is kept toasty warm in winter months so you can enjoy swimming day or night) that is only shared with one other cottage, walk across the street to the one of the most beautiful beaches in the the United States and then enjoy a leisurely stroll to great shops, cafes and restaurants. The cottages are each one bedroom/one bathroom with queen sleeper sofas (with deluxe memory foam mattresses) in the living areas. We supply everything from a complimentary basket filled with coffee, teas, snacks to shampoo, conditioner, soap and kitchen and bath necessities. We also have beach carts, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Our cottages have it all and are perfectly located directly across the street to the beach and just three blocks south of Siesta Key village.
