Sebago Lake is the second largest lake in Maine and connects to Brandy Pond and Long Lake for over 30 miles of exploring and fun. Accessed by ferry, Frye Island is perfect for family vacations with plenty of activities to keep everyone occupied.
The octagon shaped master bedroom with a high peaked ceiling is located on the second floor. It has an attached full bathroom with newer bathtub/shower and a slider door to the catwalk which has a spectacular unobstructed view of the lake. Two other bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the 1st floor. A separate loft (the size of a large bedroom) with narrow stairs is located on the second floor featuring two skylights and an octagon stained glass window. The kitchen is fully equipped. The deck overlooks the lake, perfect for outdoor dining and is attached to a side covered porch.
The property is located on the quiet east side of Frye Island with beautiful morning sunrises to late afternoon sun. Walk or drive to the general store/restaurant for ice cream, supplies or dinner. Visit the nine hole public golf course with club house & Leisure Lounge or the plentiful town beaches. Relaxation at its best, memories for a lifetime!
