Negative: It was quite dirty, did not appear to be a full clean before our arrival (especially for the cleaning fee cost). There was discarded food (big chunks) splattered on the wall in the kitchen, the bathroom tub had mold, the bed top sheets smelled/ had visible fuzz/ dust all over, and there was left over trash. Also, the top/middle level bathrooms do not produce hot water (we waited almost 15 min to warm up). All in all, it’s a great location and big space, but the house definitively needs maintenance and a new/better cleaning crew. For the price, I’m pretty annoyed but didn’t want to bother over the Christmas break to call.
