Enjoy the whimsical, freshly updated backyard with a resurfaced pool (in January 2026), golf and BBQ pit in addition to the completely renovated interior including a chef’s kitchen, gaming area, large bedrooms for families golfing groups and wedding guests. - For your comfort, the home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.

Unfortunately, we are not pet friendly at this location.

We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
