Summary: The property owner was immediately responsive to my questions and helpful with dining suggestions. Perfect location to see the sights, dining and shopping. Close enough to Austin to enjoy what Austin has to offer, but far enough away to be quiet and safe. Booked for the price, will stay here again for the location and owner.
