Location!!! Our home is centrally located in the perfect spot! 3 min drive to town, 5 min to both State and South Beaches, and yet it rests in a quiet and secluded neighborhood in the Ocean Heights section of Edgartown. We are surrounded by two wildlife preservation areas (Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary and Caroline Tuthill Preserve) and Sengekontacket Pond. Our location is great for all water activities, hiking, and biking into town. This cozy three bedroom home comfortably sleeps 6. There are 2 queen size beds and 2 twin beds. There is also a pull out sofa in the living room. The spacious deck off the back of house offers a quiet place to relax after a day at the beach and an outdoor shower. Our backyard is spacious and fenced in, so great for kids! Charcoal grill, lobster pot and all the kitchen essentials. We are just a short walk to the water - clam rakes, kayak, surf board, skim board and paddle board (paddles and life preservers) are available for vacation fun! We are pet friendly as well!
